Hiatus (making it official after a while)

hi.
to make it short:
- development has stopped for a while, about a month after my last update where i was starting the Rust rewrite, to focus on stuff to keep me sheltered.
- i wasn’t able to get back to this work, so i’m shelving it until i get a better chance someday.
- this isn’t new, i am one month short of being unemployed for 2 years without a minimum wage.
- earlier i promised to up the source code for sections of my project, and i will try my best to fulfil that.
- i don’t like not being able to continue, i will pick it back up if i get the chance, but for that i cannot promise anything.
